  Photo 3 - Due dates - Workshops, AP, Narrative  Workshops  Create a page for each workshop assignment, titled appropriately (i.e. 3: Medium Format) where youwill add your objective, contact sheet, and final images. Share it! Workshop images can also be usedtowards your AP and Narrative work. A rubric must be completed before shooting and turned in withfinal work for a grade. The number of final images is at your discretion, I recommend at least 3 foreach exploration. 1st Marking Period  9/23 - Intro to Medium Format 2nd Interim  11/22 - Medium Format: Holga contact sheet and final images. Objective, contact sheet, imagesfrom one other medium format shooting, rubric  Intro to Double Exposure 2nd Marking Period  1/14 - Double Exposure: film exchange, contact sheet and prints. Objective,   contact sheet, rubricfor your own double exposure shooting  Intro to Push Processing 3rd Interim  2/18 - Push Processing: objective, contact sheet, images, and rubric  Intro to Night photography 3rd Marking Period  3/26 - Night: objective, contact sheet, images, and rubricFurther assignments TBA   AP Concentration  1st Marking Period 10/28-10/31 -  Proposal : 2 concentration ideas -For each idea you will write a brief concentrationstatement that is a proposal for what this concentration will be (question #1). For each of the twoideas you will present 4 of your photographs from last year or your summer work that go with thisidea. These 4 photos will be like a mini concentration. You will also write a brief paragraph explainingspecifically how those 4 photos represent your concentration statement (question #2). The last thing isto find an artist inspiration for each concentration idea. Write a sentence   explaining   who thephotographer is and what their work is about, and another sentence explaining   what   inspires   you abouttheir work. You must also include a slideshow of at least 5 images of their work and a link to wherethose images came from (the artist's website). Complete this on a page titled 2: AP ConcentrationProposal   or 3: AP Concentration Proposal.  AP work can also be used towards your Narrative work. A rubric and Artist Inspiration must be completed before shooting and turned in with final work for agrade for each AP assignment. 2nd Interim 11/22 - AP #1: objective, contact sheet, and at least 4 images on Concentration Page (you alreadyhave an artist from the proposal as inspiration for #1) 2nd Marking Period  1/14 - AP #2: objective, contact sheet, and at least 4 images on Concentration Page, artist inspiration#2 on Artist Inspiration Page 3rd Interim 2/18 - AP #3: objective, contact sheet, and at least 4 images on Concentration Page, artist inspiration#3 on Artist Inspiration Page 3rd Marking Period 3/26 - AP #4: objective, contact sheet, and at least 4 images on Concentration Page, artist inspiration#4 on Artist Inspiration Page 4th Interim  4/28 - AP #5: objective, contact sheet, and at least 4 images FINAL: 4/28 - Concentration: create a 2: Final AP Concentration or 3: Final AP Concentration page and add your final 12 Concentration images to this page, numbered and in order, with thedimensions and medium listed for each (images must be added individually to this page).4/28 - Breadth: create a 2: Final AP Breadth or 3: Final AP Breadth page and add your final 12Breadth images to this page, numbered and in order, with the dimensions and medium listed for each(images must be added individually to this page)4/28 - Quality: Turn in the files or prints for the 5 Quality pieces that will be mailed to CollegeBoard   A Humble Epic : a yearlong narrative photo project  Create a page titled 3: A Humble Epic where you will add your proposal and all work for this yearlongproject.
